RETURNS

•  PHAX accepts returned items that are unused, unworn, unwashed and within 30 days of shipment.
•  Returns are free if you utilize the return label provided by PHAX.
• PHAX will process all refunds to your credit card, less shipping costs, within 2-3 weeks of receiving your returned item(s) to our warehouse.
• Place your item(s) in any shipping box or bag (along with the printed invoice you received with your order) and return using your preferred shipping method.
