All orders are shipped from California, Monday through Friday via UPS, FED EX or USPS. PHAX does not ship on federal holidays or weekends. All orders with FedEx expedited shipping that are placed prior to 1:00 p.m. (MST) will be processed and shipped same day; expedited orders placed after 1:00 p.m. (MST) will be processed and shipped the following business day. Most orders with UPS shipping are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days after your order is placed. *Note: Some orders may be delayed during high volume sales periods. PROMOTIONS

If/when PHAX offers promotions for free or discounted shipping, the promotion applies only to items shipped within the continental U.S. All international orders are excluded from shipping promotions. During said shipping promotions, shipping costs will be automatically discounted during the online checkout process. If an order minimum is required per the terms of the promotional shipping and some items are returned, you may become ineligible for the promotion. In this case, a $7 flat-fee will be deducted from the refunded amount for shipping costs.
